Questions.

Which curricula and year groups?

British Curriculum up to Year 6 and IB Curriculum up to Grade 5, in Maths and English. Homeschooling families use the Personalised plan as a structured weekly programme. Other curricula — message us and we'll tell you honestly whether we can help.

How does the weekly pack arrive?

Digitally, every Sunday evening: the week’s worksheets appear in your account as PDFs, with a cover page made for your child, ready to print at home. Switch on notifications and you’ll hear the moment they’re there. On Standard and Personalised, you choose 3, 5 or 7 focused sessions a week, about 20 minutes each.

Do I need to teach it?

No. The instructions are written for your child, and each pack includes a short parent note: what this week is for and what to look for. Every plan includes an answer key, so you can check at home.

How do marking and feedback work?

On the Personalised and Face to Face plans, photograph or scan the completed pages and hand them in from your account by Friday. You'll have marking and individual feedback there by Saturday, and the next pack is adjusted to what your child got right and wrong.

What if it's too easy or too hard?

Tell us and we'll adjust within the week. On the Personalised and Face to Face plans this happens every week as part of the marking.

Does this replace a tutor?

Skillscribe can complement tutoring by providing structured practice between sessions. It also works as a structured home-learning programme for families who are not currently using a tutor.

What’s the difference between an account and a subscription?

Your account is free. It holds your child’s profile, and lets you explore the programme and manage everything in one place. A subscription is what starts the weekly packs, and you choose it separately, whenever you’re ready. With Personalised (or Face to Face), Quill also becomes your child’s personal study guide: guiding their learning, helping them approach their work, keeping a picture of what they know and what should come next, organising their programme, showing you or your nanny how to help, and keeping everything on track.

How do I pay?

Online: create your free account (Face ID or your fingerprint, no password), add your child’s profile, then choose a plan and a few details. You’ll see the full amount, then confirm: you pay by card on Stripe’s secure page or, where online payment isn’t available yet, we arrange the payment with you directly. Or message us, or share your child's needs below, and we'll help you choose. Nothing is charged until you've said yes.

Share your child's needs.

We'll come back to you shortly with the right plan and the first week's focus. Nothing to pay until you've said yes.
